We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as German Speaking Microsoft Customer Experts in Athens. Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for Microsoft clients, delivering high-level IT support and troubleshooting.
Manage complex software inquiries while maintaining industry-standard response times.




Ensure customer satisfaction by offering technical solutions tailored to individual user needs in the Information Technology (IT) space.
Collaborate with international technical teams to resolve escalated software and cloud service incidents.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft product developments and updates within the IT ecosystem.
Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions and system logs.
Promote best practices in information security and data privacy during every customer interaction.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong proficiency in German to support our DACH-region clientele.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Genuine interest in the Information Technology (IT) industry and a desire to build a career in technology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for software and digital innovation.
