Position: Onboarding Account Manager (German Market)
Location: Hybrid – Barcelona, Spain
Schedule: Full-time (39 hours weekly)
Overview
As an Onboarding Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic marketing consultant for new business clients. The main objective of this position is to help enterprises accelerate growth through targeted pay-per-click strategies, minimize customer churn, and increase account lifetime value. Operating within a rapid tech environment, you will collaborate directly with key commercial decision-makers to align digital advertising tools with their broader business goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Account Onboarding & PPC Setup: Serve as a dedicated integration partner to design, build, and launch high-performing pay-per-click campaigns for new clients.
Phone Consultation & Expansion: Conduct regular phone consultations across your portfolio to educate clients and identify account expansion opportunities.
Tailored Strategy Design: Assess unique client business goals to create customized,



sustainable advertising structures that deliver consistent performance.
CRM Management: Log all client interactions, updates, and communication histories accurately within the central CRM system.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics routinely to deliver actionable performance insights and optimization strategies.
Marketing Funnel Optimization: Advise clients on integrating ads into broader sales funnels, including landing page design, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
Market Feedback: Collect localized market insights and product feedback to inform internal product and marketing developments.
Role Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Language Capabilities: Fluent or C1/C2-level German proficiency, alongside strong professional English skills.
Operational Execution: Proven track record of managing B2B client accounts independently and maintaining detailed records in CRM software.
Communication & Outreach: Strong comfort with phone-fir
