We are currently hiring for the German Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson position in Greece, offering a unique chance to join the innovative world of high-end consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support for premium consumer electronics, ensuring Dyson’s standards of innovation are met.
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with technical inquiries regarding advanced home appliances.
Troubleshoot device performance and provide expert guidance on product maintenance and features.




Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market to offer personalized advice to Dyson enthusiasts.
Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by delivering professional and efficient resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication for our Dutch-speaking clientele.
Manage customer documentation and account data with precision and confidentiality.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Fluency in German (as the role services the German market).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for technology and the consumer electronics industry.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Greece.
