Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and account support to German-speaking clients, ensuring optimal satisfaction.
Analyze complex customer inquiries and provide efficient, expert solutions within the customer support services framework.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolution steps in the company CRM.




Collaborate with cross-functional departments to refine service protocols and enhance the overall customer journey.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the service delivery team.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and linguistic precision.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product developments and best practices for German-speaking jobs in the industry.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
