Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium customer service experiences to Mercedes-Benz clients, reflecting the luxury standard of the automotive industry.
Provide expert guidance on vehicle features, maintenance, and technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the latest automotive technology and Mercedes-Benz brand innovations.




Resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained consistently.
Manage case documentation accurately within the internal automotive CRM systems.
Uphold the brand reputation by delivering personalized, high-touch support that defines the German-speaking automotive customer experience.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Fluent German language proficiency to support the German-speaking market requirements.
Valid EU passport or valid Greek work permit.
