Job Overview
We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for the German Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece, a unique role within the high-end consumer electronics industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer support for Miele, the integral leader in premium domestic appliances and consumer electronics.
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction ratings in line with the brand's reputation.
Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to sophisticated home appliances and consumer electronics.




Advise customers on the unique features and maintenance of high-end equipment to enhance the user experience.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within the internal CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of complex requests.
Uphold the brand identity of Miele through every professional interaction.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Fluency in German (spoken and written) to support our German-speaking clientele.
Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
A passion for high-end consumer electronics and technical problem solving.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a luxury-standard customer experience.
