Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Maintain excellence in the Customer Support Services sector by resolving complex inquiries with speed and precision.

Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and optimize support workflows for German-speaking markets.

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
