Garantizar el funcionamiento fluido y optimizado de su área y promover un servicio de excelencia para nuestros huéspedes.
Reconocer las necesidades y la comodidad del cliente durante todos los periodos de servicio y centrarse en la relación y la satisfacción del cliente: ser atento y profesional en todo momento.
Interactuar con los clientes, tomar comandas y servir bebidas y aperitivos.
Evaluar las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes y hacer recomendaciones.
Asegurarse de que comprende y conoce a fondo todos los productos ofrecidos.
Realizar la “Mise en Place”, repasando la cubertería, preparando la mantelería y supervisando el orden y estado de limpieza del punto de venta (restaurante o buffet) al que esté asignado/a.
Conocer a la perfección las cartas de platos y bebidas.
Informar de cualquier reparación necesaria a su responsable.
Asegurarse de que todos los tickets de los clientes se contabilicen correctamente al
