YOUR MISSION

As a TAG Heuer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in creating, defining, and implementing the brand marketing plan in Spain, ensuring seamless alignment and synergy with the integral corporate strategy of LVMH. Based in Madrid, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report directly to the Country Manager / TAG Heuer Brand Director.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development, local execution, and supervision of the annual Marketing Plan,



aligning brand strategy seamlessly with the Brand Director and Sales Director to drive commercial growth and brand equity.
Drive the design, allocation, regular reforecasting, and strict follow-up of the annual marketing budget, strategically balancing investments between push and pull activities to maximize sell-out performance.
Oversee all Trade Marketing initiatives and direct the comprehensive corners plan including CapEx and project management, selecting and managing specialized subcontractors to ensure flawless retail execution.
Spearhead the marketing strategy for Factory Outlets, including the refurbishment execution for Madrid and the full brand-image development for the new Barcelona opening with targeted incentive programs.
