Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Travel Support Advisor position in Bulgaria within the dynamic Energy sector. This role is adecuado for a service-oriented individual who excels in high-stakes environments and wishes to build a stable career by supporting complex travel operations for major energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex travel itineraries and logistical arrangements for professionals operating in the international energy industry.
Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients requiring urgent travel solutions, scheduling adjustments, or field-site logistics.




Ensure strict compliance with corporate energy safety policies and travel protocols for all bookings.
Proactively monitor global energy project timelines to anticipate and resolve potential travel disruptions.
Maintain clear and professional communication with external stakeholders and technical teams across the energy sector.
Coordinate secure transport and accommodation arrangements for staff deployed to remote energy installation sites.
Process detailed travel expense reports and documentation with high accuracy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of travel support workflows to optimize service quality for our energy partners.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
Strong command of English to collaborate within our international team in Sofia.
Previous experience in travel coordination, customer support, or the energy industry is considered a significant advantage.
