Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert guidance and high-level support within the Customer Support Services sector.
Manage complex B2B inquiries and resolve technical or operational challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.




Cultivate long-term professional relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to refine service processes and enhance the overall client experience.
