Key Responsibilities
Manage complex back-office administrative tasks related to player accounts and gaming platform integrity.
Provide high-level, professional communication for German-speaking users, ensuring a premium support experience.
Monitor gaming activity to maintain community standards and uphold safety policies within the Esports environment.




Investigate and resolve payment, account, and technical queries with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to streamline support processes for the global gaming community.
