Job Overview
We are currently seeking an articulate and empathetic professional for a German Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat within the customer support services sector.
Maintain a deep understanding of product features to effectively resolve client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.




Proactively identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal departments.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to track and optimize the customer journey.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes as a key member of the German-speaking team in Sofia.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications adhere to the company’s premium service standards.
Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices and drive excellence in service delivery.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is considered an asset.
