Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the German Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to provide world-class technical assistance for the consumer electronics industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support to German-speaking customers regarding innovative iRobot consumer electronics products.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for advanced automated vacuum and mopping systems.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, empathetic, and efficient solutions.




Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure ongoing service improvement.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex product queries within the consumer electronics sphere.
Stay updated on the latest iRobot features and software updates to provide informed advice to our German-speaking user base.
Contribute to the positive team environment at our Sofia-based office, one of the most sought-after German-speaking jobs in the region.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for consumer electronics and a natural aptitude for troubleshooting technical devices.
