Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to work closely with the Company Owner and take responsibility for the effective execution of the company’s strategic and operational priorities.
This is a senior leadership position for someone who can act as the Owner’s trusted business partner and right hand, maintaining a complete view of the business, coordinating department heads, challenging performance, and ensuring that key decisions are implemented.
The Managing Director will connect strategy with execution. The primary objective of the role is to ensure that the company operates as one coordinated business: priorities are clear, leaders are accountable, problems are identified early, and strategic initiatives move forward without requiring the Owner’s constant involvement in day-to-day operations.
The role requires a strong understanding of payments and/or iGaming, excellent commercial judgment,



financial literacy, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving international and high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Company Owner to translate business vision and strategic priorities into clear, executable plans.
Identify issues, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they require the Owner’s intervention.
Maintain a holistic view of company performance across Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, HR, and other key functions.
Coordinate department heads and ensure alignment between teams on company-wide priorities.
Establish clear accountability for objectives, deadlines, KPIs, and business outcomes.
Run regular management reviews and follow up on agreed actions.
Resolve cross-functional issues where ownership is unclear or several departments are involved.
