Tasks
Your tasks with us
Conception of projects in the field of market research and customer relationship management
Set-up of survey-based projects (especially Mystery Shopping)
Controlling of field staff and external
Quality control of the collected data
Communication with all stakeholders in the project (suppliers, staff, customer organization)
Analysis and evaluation of collected data




Reporting on the survey results to customers
Development of recommendations for action
Presentation to the customer
Requirements
Qualifications/Experience
Studies of business administration or equivalent experience in sales/communication and/or project management
Our requirements for you
Successfully completed university studies with an economic or sociological focus or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in the field of market research or comparable projects is helpful but not a requirement
You have a very precise, structured and process-oriented way of working to maintain and improve our high quality standards.
Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, preferably also PowerPoint.
Good feeling for language
Very good spelling skills
You have a good command of English in speaking and writing.
