Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary technical point of contact for business partners regarding cutting-edge consumer electronics products.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance of consumer electronics devices.




Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to drive customer satisfaction and product loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical documentation or firmware challenges.
Provide proactive consultative guidance on the implementation and maintenance of new consumer electronics technology.
Accurately document all partner interactions and technical resolutions within the internal CRM systems.
