We are currently seeking an enthusiast to join our client’s team in a German Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and empathetic support to German-speaking players across multiple channels including email, chat, and social media.
Troubleshoot technical game issues, account inquiries, and payment queries with deep product knowledge.




Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports trends to provide relevant and authentic communication to the gaming community.
Escalate critical bugs and complex technical issues to the development teams to ensure a seamless gameplay experience.
Maintain a high level of quality in every interaction, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the gaming sector.
Participate in team briefings and training sessions to stay sharp on new game patches, features, and expansion releases.
Act as an internal advocate for the players, providing feedback to improve the overall gaming experience.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong command of English for internal collaboration and reporting.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move for these German-speaking jobs.
