Key Responsibilities

Maintain detailed documentation of findings to support legal and internal audit requirements for the bank.
Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to verify transaction legitimacy and resolve security concerns.

Stay updated on the latest financial fraud trends to proactively protect the bank’s assets and client reputations.
Execute rapid response procedures during critical security incidents to mitigate financial exposure.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your seamless relocation to Sofia.
