We work with national federations, professional teams, players and event organizers across the world, providing expertise in strategic consulting, 3x3 coaching , commercial development, high performance, content and event operations. Role Description Part-time remote role focused on creating and growing THRIX’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels. You’ll create engaging content, manage the content calendar, develop short-form video and visuals, engage with the community, and identify trends and opportunities to grow reach and engagement. You’ll work closely with the THRIX team and partners to turn 3x3 basketball, events, projects and stories into compelling content.

Qualifications
Strong skills in social media management, including planning content calendars, publishing across platforms,



and managing communities.
Proficiency in content creation, such as copywriting, storytelling, and producing basic video and visual assets for digital channels.
Experience with digital marketing practices, including audience engagement, analytics review, and performance optimization.
Ability to conduct research on sports trends, fan behavior, and digital best practices to inform content and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines, and coordinating with a distributed team.
Familiarity with basketball or sports culture, particularly 3x3, is a strong advantage.
Experience with social media and design tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Canva, or similar platforms).
Previous experience in content, social media, or digital marketing role
