We are currently recruiting for an exciting German Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria for a major player in the Fitness & Wellness industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support for Fitbit wearable devices, helping users optimize their fitness journey.
Troubleshoot technical connectivity and synchronization issues between wearable hardware and the fitness ecosystem.
Educate clients on product features, including heart-rate tracking,



sleep cycles, and physical activity metrics.
Ensure high satisfaction levels by delivering empathetic and expert guidance to German-speaking users.
Maintain accurate logs of technical inquiries to contribute to the ongoing improvement of health and wellness software solutions.
Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on the latest advancements in the Fitness & Wellness industry.
Identify trends in user feedback to assist in the refinement of wellness monitoring products.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is absolutely essential.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in this jurisdiction).
A genuine interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable technology.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-end customer service.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position.
Previous experience in technical support or customer relations
