Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify prospective customers and schedule meetings for the sales team, with a focus on companies within the financial services and banking sectors.
Conduct market and prospect research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs, with a focus on the banking sector.




Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, to ensure all lead and prospect information is up to date.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support pipeline growth.
Track individual performance metrics (KPIs) and contribute to the achievement of team targets and objectives.
Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and value proposition to effectively engage prospective clients.

Requirements

No prior industry experience is required; Experience from hospitality, gastronomy, retail, or other customer-facing background is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
