Main Responsibilities

We move quickly, take ownership, and hold a high bar for everything we do. There’s a strong sense of momentum, and plenty of room to shape what comes next. For our further expansion we are looking for a "Business Manager Operations" (m/w/d):

Project & Program Management

Lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Translate broad objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, deliverables and KPIs.
Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders,



ensuring alignment and driving projects forward with a high degree of autonomy.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers, and take ownership of resolving them.
Establish effective project governance, reporting and follow-up mechanisms.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Lead projects that may require navigating specialized or regulated areas, such as regulatory, compliance or quality-related initiatives, working with internal and external subject-matter experts when needed.
Rapidly build sufficient understanding of unfamiliar or complex topics to structure the problem, identify requirements and dependencies, ask the right questions and drive the project to completion.
Effectively coordinate subject-matter experts without needing to be the technical expert, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, decision-making and execution.
