Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
Act as a strategic partner to other departments, ensuring they receive accurate and timely financial information.
Industrial Controlling
Analyze and control food cost, production cost,
and supply chain efficiency.
Monitor wastage, shrinkage, and yield to optimize margins.
Perform variance analysis (forecast vs. actuals) on raw materials and production.
Support procurement and operations teams with financial insights.
Stock & Inventory Control
Oversee stock valuation and reconciliations across restaurants and the central warehouse.
Ensure accuracy of inventory systems and perform periodic controls.
Develop tools and procedures to improve stock rotation, forecasting, and replenishment.
Work closely with operations to reduce losses, optimize purchasing, and guarantee supply availability.
Financial Control
Define, analyze, and control the annual budget covering P&L;, Cash Flow, and Capex.
Consolidate Group monthly reporting of all subsidiaries (national and international).
Conduct management reports, analyze variances, and propose corrective measures.
