On this role you'll own new revenue across the EU, UK and US: B2B cycles, enterprise beauty and retail brands, deals that matter. You're selling a technical product to commercial buyers — and you'll have real room to shape how we sell it, not just run someone else's playbook.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in beauty and retail
Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our AI skin analysis technology
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and data-driven strategies
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with European cosmetics brands and beauty retailers
Target key markets including UK, Germany,
France, and other EU territories
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that maximize both client value and company revenue
Collaborate with our technical team to customize solutions for enterprise clients
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
Provide feedback to product development based on client needs and market demands
Represent Haut.ai at industry conferences and networking events
What we expect you to have to excel at this job:
5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement (tech, SaaS, or beauty industry preferred)
Proven track record of closing deals in the $50K-$500K range
Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
Understanding of the European beauty/skincare market or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical products
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability t
