Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and support our growing hiring needs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-paced and innovative space technology company.
You will collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, helping attract top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through different channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and university partnerships.
Review applications and support candidate screening activities.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
Keep recruitment data and candidate records updated in the ATS.
Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including university events and social media activities.
Support reporting and recruitment metrics analysis.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
