Position Overview
Step into a thriving marketing technology environment in Spain's startup capital. Focused on the DACH region, you will guide promising brands through their initial advertising adoption. You will act as an account strategist, helping high-growth businesses maximize campaign return, driving retention, and scaling account investment over time.
Key Responsibilities
Account Launch & PPC Strategy: Onboard brand partners and design high-ROI pay-per-click strategies tailored to their business targets.
Outbound Client Support: Execute regular phone consultations to train clients, resolve campaign blockers, and identify revenue expansion opportunities.
Custom Campaign Blueprinting: Uncover client objectives to configure sustainable, high-conversion advertising setups.
Pipeline & CRM Management:



Maintain meticulous interaction records and pipeline updates within customer relationship platforms.
Data Evaluation: Review campaign analytics, craft performance recaps, and deliver strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
Marketing Funnel Alignment: Guide partners on uniting ad campaigns with high-converting landing pages, audience segmentation, and testing frameworks.
Market Intelligence Sharing: Pass local German market observations, competitive trends, and product feedback back to leadership.
