What you will do:
- Act as the IT Application Owner for HR applications: ensure smooth operation, administration and continuous optimization.
- Take full ownership of application evaluation, upgrade and release planning with a strong focus on integrations, identity management, and technical quality.
- Own SaaS and on-premise application lifecycle activities such as onboarding, changes, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Analyze and implement business requirements by translating them into technical documentation, including interfaces, data flows, and dependencies with surrounding systems.
- Design, document, and maintain application interfaces (e.g. file-based, API, REST, SCIM).
- Secure application synchronization with IAM, integration, and data analytics teams.




- Collaborate with IAM teams on user provisioning, role/access concepts, authentication, authorization, and Single Sign-On (SAML/OIDC).
- Review, adjust, and validate configuration and data files for system uploads and integrations.
- Coordinate incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement with vendors and IT teams.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands-on: coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd-level support.

What you bring & who you are:
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Application Owner, or similar role in an enterprise IT environment.
- Strong technical affinity with hands-on experience in SaaS applications, integrations, and cloud-based systems.
