The Marketing Development Representative (MDR) (m/f/d) plays a pivotal role in connecting Marketing-generated demand with Sales execution. As a trusted first point of contact for prospective customers, you will engage both inbound leads and outbound target accounts to identify business challenges, uncover opportunities, and accelerate commercial growth.

More than a traditional lead qualification role, the MDR acts as a strategic partner to prospects by helping them clarify priorities, understand potential solutions, and assess readiness for further engagement. Through meaningful conversations and market insight, you will provide Sales teams with the context and momentum needed for successful customer interactions.
