Role Description: The BIM Architect / Designer / Mid-Junior Architect (EUROPE) will work on contract, fully remote projects involving the development and coordination of architectural and construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating BIM models, preparing architectural and construction drawings, and supporting submittal packages in line with project requirements and standards.



The role involves close collaboration with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into detailed documentation. The individual will participate in design reviews, address markups and coordination issues, and maintain organized digital files and project records. This position is suitable for professionals based in Europe who are comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and communicating clearly in a remote environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

BIM / Revit Certified: Proficient in creating accurate, detailed 3D models and managing integrated design workflows. Certification is required.
U.S. Construction Documentation: Experience producing code-compliant CD sets, detail sheets, and permit-ready drawings.
Professional Fluency in English: Confident communicating across cross-functional teams, client presentations, and technical submittals. Certification is
