About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Integral Operational Excellence Team in Energy Systems Business Area Center.
You will report to the Global Operational Excellence Lead, while working closely with the global network of Operational Excellence Managers, Operational Excellence Navigators, and our leaders.
As part of the Global Operational Excellence Team, you will drive step-change improvements in operational performance, delivering greater value to customers, employees, DNV Energy Systems, and society. This will be done by building a continuous improvement culture, empowering teams, and leading key improvement initiatives to achieve measurable benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Global Operational Excellence Lead to identify, prioritize, and launch Operational Excellence pilots across DNV Energy Systems
Provide proactive coaching on Lean Six Sigma management, process improvement, and problem-solving to manager- and employee-led improvement pilots and initiatives, and support as required
