We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support and help ensure that daily business activities run smoothly. Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to managers and internal teams.
Assist with coordinating daily business operations and workflows.
Monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
Organize and maintain operational documents, records, files, and databases.
Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and operational documentation.
Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate information and requests between internal teams and external contacts.
Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, appointments, and other operational activities.
Track invoices, expenses, orders,



or other operational records when required.
Support onboarding, internal projects, and process-related activities.
Monitor operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
Identify process gaps and assist with implementing improvements to increase efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across company systems.
Communicate professionally with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and business information.
Required Skills
