We're looking for an analytical CRM Manager to drive customer acquisition as you scale enterprise offers across Revolut Business markets.

What You'll Be Doing

Improving Revolut Business product activation and retention through CRM automation and campaigns
Leading and executing end-to-end lifecycle campaigns and projects, from problem scoping to impact analysis
Coordinating with Growth, Sales, and Product teams to effectively target the right ICPs
Executing A/B tests to optimise initiatives
Running queries to select audiences, release campaigns, and analyse results
Working with in-house comms platforms and tooling to build and improve performance-tracking systems
