Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Supervisor to lead and support our Logistics operations. The adecuado candidate will have 1+ year of logistics experience, previous leadership experience, and a strong understanding of transportation operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the team, organizing workloads, monitoring performance, supporting daily operations, and addressing operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities and workload of the assigned logistics team.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to operational procedures.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members as needed.
Maintain a strong understanding of all processes and positions within the account to provide operational coverage when required.
Address customer questions, concerns, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer requirements, service expectations, and operational objectives are consistently met.




Support the operation during escalations and assist team members with complex situations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational challenges.
Monitor workload distribution and ensure priorities and deadlines are properly managed.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and service quality.
Prepare and review operational information and reports as required.
Perform additional leadership and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or a related field.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
Educational background in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
Advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
