Role Description The Paid Media Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels within the PaidSync.ai ecosystem. This role involves developing cross-channel media strategies, setting budgets, and managing performance for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major networks supported by PaidSync. The Paid Media Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to translate business objectives into measurable media plans, configure and monitor conversion tracking, and use PaidSync’s conversational interface to implement and refine campaigns. Daily activities include analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities to reduce wasted spend, creating clear reports and insights, and ensuring that all campaign changes are reviewed, approved, and aligned with brand and compliance requirements.
