Salary & Unlimited Sales Potential
Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn €1,000+ extra per month
€1,000 Signing Bonus: €500 after training + €500 after 6 months

️ Language Requirements
German: Fluent / C1-C2 level
English:
Good working proficiency is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve targets
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
