What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the regional OE (Original Equipment) sales team for crushers and screens,



ensuring achievement of sales targets across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia).
Market Development: Develop and implement business plans to grow the OE market for crushers, screens, and comminution products. This includes identifying new greenfield and brownfield opportunities, building client relationships on mine sites, and collaborating with regional partners to support strategic growth.
Customer & Aftermarket Integration: Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating aftermarket sales into the OE sales strategy. Maintain strong client relationships to drive spare parts pull-through and long-term aftermarket agreements.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with HPGR sales managers, sub-region sales directors, and internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, share best practices, and optimize pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
Operational Excellence: Oversee sales
