Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive performance and optimization for MONOPOLY GO!’s live Mini Games, balancing gameplay, rewards, and pacing to boost engagement and business outcomes. You will leverage analytics, experimentation, and player insights to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable improvements. You’ll lead a pipeline of A/B tests, synthesize learnings for cross-functional stakeholders, and raise analytical rigor across the team. This position blends product judgment with advanced analytics to scale a top live service portfolio in a hybrid Barcelona hub. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to apply AI-enabled approaches and shape the live operations strategy.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own performance for key Live Mini Games and understand player behavior, engagement, and business outcomes
• Identify opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate insights into product actions
• Build and manage a pipeline of A/B tests and live optimizations with defined hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria
• Lead performance readouts and turn learnings into broader strategies and best practices across the Mini Games portfolio
• Continuously optimize gameplay elements (balancing, rewards, pacing, live levers)

• Independently prioritize opportunities and drive initiatives end-to-end (hypothesis to execution, measurement, iteration)
• Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Economy, Game Design, Production, Engineering, and Live Operations
• Act as a go-to product expert, communicating performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Help raise performance, experimentation, and analytical rigor of the wider team
• Embrace AI as a Product u0026 Productivity Tool to accelerate analysis and workflows

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Product Management or related disciplines
• 3+ years in Product Management specifically
• Strong track record using data and experimentation to improve outcomes
• Ability to define hypotheses, KPIs, A/B tests, and readouts
• Solid understanding of F2P game systems, LiveOps, player behavior, and game economies
• High ownership and ability to independently solve complex problems
• AI-savvy mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve work
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
