Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance and replacement.
Deploy software packages, operating system updates and security patches across enterprise environments.
Support SCCM administration, application packaging and large-scale software deployments.
Manage printer infrastructure, connectivity issues, driver deployments and user support.
Monitor endpoint performance, resolve incidents and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Microsoft 365 (M365)

PowerShell Scripting
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Nexthink and Digital Workplace services.
Professional working proficiency in English (C1+).
French is a plus.
Hybrid (40% Remote / 60% On-site)
Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, plus on-call support outside business hours.
