Experteer Overview
In this role you drive revenue growth for VTS within the Leybold Spain territory by managing direct accounts and executing sales plans. You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy regional strategies, maximize customer-facing time, and keep accurate activity records. You report to the Service Sales Manager and contribute to launches of new products and services for the customer base. The role combines field sales, strategic planning, and collaboration across Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver measurable business impact. This position offers a hybrid work setup in Barcelona and a clear path for growth within the Leybold organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement territory business plans to drive growth and revenue/profit for VTS
• Deploy strategy via local sales structure or direct engagement
• Plan to maximize customer-facing time with u003e50% direct contact
• Achieve revenue and profit goals for the territory (VTS)
• Provide monthly territory reports
• Maintain and update Leybold systems (C4C and CRMs)
• Collaborate with Service Operations,



Marketing, and other departments
• Work with sales management and wider team for transparent management
• Develop product/service launch plans with VTS Division
• Report on competitors' activities

Responsabilidades
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Strong direct selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team or influence other departments
• Strong commercial acumen
• Understanding of contractual terms and negotiation to mitigate risk
• Ability to influence and engage others in pursuing opportunities
• Strong relationship development and communication skills
• Excellent Spanish; good English; Portuguese a plus
• Extensive travelling within territory
