As an Executive Search u0026amp; Pipelining Expert at Allianz Technology in Spain, you will lead end-to-end leadership hiring and proactive succession planning. You’ll collaborate with Talent Management and HR partners to align searches with organizational goals and market needs. You’ll map tech talent across geographies, build a robust talent marketplace, and leverage AI-driven sourcing to secure top leaders. This role combines strategic sourcing with high-touch relationship management for a high-impact tech organization.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in executive search or leadership hiring, general or multinational context
• Technology/IT sector experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of market-leading sourcing platforms, tools and approaches
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across levels
• Experience handling confidential executive placements with discretion and integrity
• Ability to leverage data and insights for informed decisions
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is an advantage
