Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive operational and financial governance and support the Technology area’s PMO topics within the COO framework. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable reliable data, reporting, and process improvements that underpin Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank initiatives. You contribute to digitalization and data-driven decision-making, shaping the technology operating office’s impact on the firm’s mission. This is a hands-on role for a proactive professional who wants to influence outcomes in a dynamic wealth management environment.

• Support monthly closing and reporting processes for the Technology area
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases to support business and financial processes
• Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Assist in design, maintenance,



and documentation of relational data models
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement improvements
• Contribute to ongoing digitalization and data-driven initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Finance or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a larger corporate environment, ideally within Technology, Finance, or a combination of both
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modelling
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
• Programming skills in languages such as C#
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Very good communication skills in English
