Experteer Overview
In this role you design and implement security controls for Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments, guiding security decisions across Europe. You work at the intersection of architecture and execution to embed security into technology solutions and ensure compliance and reliability. You’ll partner with Information Security, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen the firm’s security posture and support enterprise initiatives, with a clear focus on Microsoft cloud platforms. You will lead vulnerability management, incident response support, and security architecture improvements, making an enterprise-wide impact in a complex, multi-country setting.

• Design, implement, and maintain security and compliance controls for Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Act as a cybersecurity subject-matter expert for Europe and Country IT teams
• Embed security into application, infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and integration architectures
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define security requirements from the outset
• Support incident response activities with SOC and CSIRT teams
• Lead end-to-end vulnerability management and remediation tracking

• Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, reports, and control frameworks

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years in cloud security or enterprise cybersecurity engineering
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure security (Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, IaaS, App/API, Storage/DB)
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 security (Entra ID, Purview, Defender suite, Intune)
• Strong understanding of security architecture principles (Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, least privilege)
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integrations
• Vulnerability management and remediation coordination
• API security and modern integration technologies
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python or Bash)
• Interest in security architecture and growth toward architectural responsibilities
• Experience with large-scale or multi-country IT environments
• Exposure to security operations and tooling
• Cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, development, and business teams
