Experteer Overview
In this senior, individual-contributor role, you own rider business performance across 20+ markets and drive the Controlling system to reveal risks and opportunities. You challenge targets, guide decisions, and ensure execution without formal reporting lines. You serve as the key liaison to senior market leaders, FPu0026amp;A, and Finance, shaping the strategic budgeting and planning cycle. You translate performance into actionable decisions and elevate the controlling standards globally.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own rider business performance across 20+ markets and challenge targets and recovery plans
• Maintain a 360 view of rider KPIs (cost per order, budget delivery, utilization, times, supply health, rider experience) and ensure trade-offs are managed
• Identify high-value risks and opportunities using experiments, benchmarks, and market trends to prioritize analytical efforts
• Lead end-to-end material deviations (root cause, accountability, recovery, closure) to avoid surprises at month close
• Manage the Best Estimate, budget, and annual planning cycles, acting as the single reference point for FPu0026A and Finance leadership




• Raise the standard of the Controlling system (definitions, cadence, tooling, accountability) and drive global consistency
• Act as the business challenger to the analytics team to improve forecasting and performance tooling without owning it
• Turn performance insights into senior leadership decisions through concise, decision-focused communication

Responsabilidades
• 4–7+ years in Business Performance, Controlling, Strategy u0026 Operations, FPu0026A, Consulting, Marketplace or Operations with budget or market portfolio accountability
• Ownership mentality and comfort operating without direct reports
• Proven ability to influence and move senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical problem solving and ability to decompose problems and perform math independently
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to focus on material issues
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, high comfort with complex data, fluent English
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analysis
• Clear, direct communication with a focus on conclusions and what is not known
