As an Implementation Consultant at Deel, you will onboard clients and tailor Deel’s platform to their operations, ensuring a smooth transition to global payroll and compliance. You will work cross-functionally to translate client needs into configured solutions, supported by product and training delivery. Your role blends technical setup, integrations, testing, and project management to drive successful implementations. You will contribute to Deel’s growth by delivering value to customers in new markets and capturing feedback for product improvements. • Lead client onboarding and implementation projects to ensure a smooth transition to Deel’s platform
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and configure Deel’s solutions accordingly
• Provide product expertise and guidance during implementation, including setup, integrations, and testing
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to enable a seamless handoff from sales to implementation
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress
• Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process




• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase implementation efficiency
• Capture client feedback for internal product improvements
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integral payroll, or HRIS systems
• Experience managing client relationships and guiding the implementation process
• Strong project management skills with timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to non-technical audiences
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
