In this role, you define and drive the Data, Automation u0026amp; AI strategy for FedEx Global Trade Services in Europe, shaping the transformation roadmap with cross-functional partners. You identify high-value opportunities, accelerate innovation, and align investments with business outcomes. You will lead a dynamic portfolio of AI, analytics, and automation initiatives to boost efficiency and customer experience. • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and performance
• Maintain a pipeline of automation, analytics, and AI use cases aligned with business priorities

• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and realize expected business benefits

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or similar leadership role
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business sense with ability to connect technology investments to value
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in Agile or product-led environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel within Europe (~25%)
