Experteer Overview
As an Hu0026amp;S Technician, you will safeguard colleagues by identifying workplace risks and implementing preventive measures. You will maintain the occupational risk prevention plan and lead safety trainings to raise awareness. You will inspect sites for compliance and investigate incidents to drive corrective actions. You will collaborate with HR, production, and maintenance to uphold regulatory safety standards. Responsabilidades
• Solid knowledge of occupational risk prevention and applicable national legislation, especially Royal Decree 1627/1997
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and HV safety regulation
• Strong analytical ability to assess risks
• Excellent communication skills to convey risk prevention information
• Results-oriented with proven ability to implement preventive actions
• Willingness to travel internationally and perform short/medium-term on-site stays
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
