As Reporting Product Owner in the People Analytics team, you own the end-to-end HR reporting portfolio across Workday and local SAP, driving a coherent, user-centered suite. You bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning HR data needs into scalable solutions and governing the reporting catalog. You push for self-service and data visibility while ensuring high-quality, governed output across platforms. This role combines analytics with product leadership to support HR decision-making.

• Own the reporting product portfolio and roadmap for HR reporting solutions across Workday and SAP
• Act as Product Owner: manage backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, drive agile delivery
• Govern the reporting catalogue: minimize redundancies, enforce standards, manage security and quality controls
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions for senior HR leaders and stakeholders
• Drive self-service and data visibility across the organization




• Ensure delivery quality with proper documentation, data integrity, and governance
• Manage the product lifecycle from requirements through rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with reporting specialists and technical teams to ensure a user-centered experience

Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years in HR reporting, HRIS, or people analytics
• 1-2 years in product ownership or product management
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday reporting and dashboards
• Experience with local SAP HR reporting or equivalent legacy HRIS
• Knowledge of backlog management, roadmap definition, and agile delivery
• Ability to define and apply reporting governance standards
• Clear communicator with stakeholders and technical teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
