As Lead Analyst, General Transparency Reporting (GTR) - EMEA, you will guide cross-market transparency disclosures, align reporting with regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements. You will partner with HCC, Legal, Finance and IT to ensure accurate, timely disclosures while shaping governance and digital enablement. This role offers impact across the EMEA region within a large, mission-driven healthcare company.

• Lead transparency reporting across assigned EMEA markets to ensure accurate, complete, and timely disclosures
• Coordinate preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of disclosures with regional/local requirements
• Support governance through reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, and audit readiness
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into actionable reporting requirements
• Collaborate with HCC, Legal, Finance, and IT to align reporting needs and mitigate risk
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and implement enhancements
• Partner with technology teams to deliver scalable digital and automated reporting solutions




• Lead testing, change management and deployment for reporting capabilities
• Develop analytics, visualizations, and insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years in HCC or related compliance function
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; business-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system/process improvements
• Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources into quantitative analyses
• Experience with database and reporting tools
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; advanced Excel)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills
