Support the design and optimization of JSM workflows, SLAs, request types, portals, and automations. Contribute to the adoption of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management best practices. Support platform governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 2–5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem. ~ Jira Service Management ~ Jira Software ~ Confluence ~ Automation for Jira ~ Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role.
~ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ~ Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management). ~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ~ English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. ~ German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
